The Activage Association, a partner in the TeleRehaB project, has long been committed to fostering digital transformation in the field of active and healthy ageing. Building on its experience in the pioneering ACTIVAGE Large-Scale Pilot Project, the Association launched Activage.shop in December 2024—a curated digital marketplace aimed at empowering older adults and their support networks through certified and trustworthy digital health solutions.
Activage.shop is more than an e-commerce platform. It acts as an innovation ecosystem—a space where new technologies are validated, promoted and made accessible. Through a carefully selected portfolio of solutions, the platform bridges the gap between research and real-world application, offering older citizens and healthcare providers tools they can trust.
Exploiting TeleRehaB Through Activage.shop
TeleRehaB is developing an AI-based Decision Support System (DSS) for personalised fall prevention and rehabilitation. Built on the success and scientific insights of previous EU-funded projects such as HOLOBALANCE and SMART BEAR, TeleRehaB integrates technologies like augmented reality, AI-driven therapy matching, and remote assessment tools to improve care outcomes and patient adherence.
Activage.shop will serve as one of the main exploitation channels for these solutions, providing a platform where:
- Clinicians and caregivers can discover and adopt evidence-based tools for fall prevention;
